3. Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, KatanaStrike will:
Review the claim.
Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content.
Notify the user who posted the material.
We may also disable repeat infringers at our discretion.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material removed due to a DMCA notice is not infringing, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice.
Your counter-notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local court (or, if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where the website operates).
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.
5. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices can result in legal liability for damages. Use the DMCA process responsibly.
6. Policy Updates
KatanaStrike may update this DMCA Policy at any time. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any changes.
